Transform your body and your lifestyle, with in-person, or online, personal training in Wolverhampton and South Staffordshire. Our 12-session personal training package, is designed to deliver results in just 6 weeks, and be a fantastic introduction to our personal training service. Whether you're based in Wolverhampton or anywhere in the world, our programme is available both in-person and online, so you can experience the benefits of our expert coaching and guidance no matter where you are.

Online Fitness

ON YOUR MARKS! Session 1

At Your Place Health & Fitness, we understand that every client is unique, and that's why we offer an initial online coaching chat to get to know you better. This session is all about understanding your personal goals, fitness history, and lifestyle so that we can tailor our services to meet your specific needs.

GET SET! Session 2

The second session is a planning session, delivered in-person, that includes measurements to create a personalised fitness plan tailored to your needs and goals. This session allows us to assess your current fitness level, identify areas for improvement, and develop a plan that will help you achieve optimal results. This planning session is a crucial part of our programme and sets the foundation for your fitness journey.

GO! Session 3+

It's time to launch your plan! With our comprehensive programme, you'll have access to tailored support, including one-on-one, in-person personal training sessions, nutrition advice, and ongoing support outside of regular hours. We'll work with you to establish healthy habits and lifestyle changes to help you achieve lasting results. It's time to take control of your health and wellness, and we're here to help you every step of the way.
